DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") has been established electronically between the Buyer and the Seller within the framework of the provisions and conditions specified below. The Buyer and the Seller shall be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party" under this Contract.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of the Contract, the terms written below shall express the explanations written opposite them.

| CONTRACT | : | The Contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, |
| UNICRAF DELIVERY POINT | : | Affiliated merchant points, cargo branches, and chain stores where the Buyer can easily receive the purchased Products, |
| PRODUCT | : | Movable goods subject to shopping, immovable properties for residential or vacation purposes, and all kinds of intangible goods such as software, sound, image, etc. prepared for use in electronic environment, |
| REGULATION | : | Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts. |
3. SUBJECT MATTER AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
3.1. The subject of this Contract is the sale and delivery of the Product/Service with the qualities specified in the Contract, for which the Buyer has placed an order electronically on the Platform, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Regulation. The Parties accept, declare, and undertake that they know and understand their obligations and responsibilities arising from the Law and the Regulation under the Contract.
3.2. In accordance with the legislation, the following Product/Service sales are not within the scope of this Contract.
- Financial services,
- Sales made through automatic machines,
- Formation, transfer, or acquisition of immovable properties or rights related to these properties,
- Residential rental,
- Package tours,
- Timeshare, long-term holiday services and their resale or exchange,
- Passenger transport services,
- Assembly, maintenance, and repair of products,
- Nursing home services, social services for supporting families and individuals such as childcare, elderly care, or patient care.
4. MATTERS ON WHICH THE BUYER WAS PREVIOUSLY INFORMED
The Buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have been informed correctly and completely about all matters related to the conclusion and implementation of the Contract, including but not limited to those listed below, through all general-specific explanations on the relevant pages and sections of the Platform, the Contract, the Pre-Information Form, and in other ways, and that they have read and understood them.
- Essential qualities of the Product/Service,
- Name or title of the Seller, MERSIS number or tax identification number and contact information, and other identifying information,
- Stages of the sales transaction during the purchase of the Product/Service from the Platform and appropriate tools-methods for correcting incorrectly entered information,
- Shipping restrictions envisaged by the Seller for the Product/Service,
- Accepted payment methods-tools for the Product/Service, total sales price of the Product/Service including taxes,
- Information regarding procedures for delivery of the Product/Service to the Buyer and additional costs such as transport-delivery-cargo expenses,
- Conditions, duration, and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal in cases where the Buyer has this right,
- Information that in case of disputes, the Buyer can apply to the Consumer Court or Consumer Arbitration Committee.

6. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
6.1. The essential characteristics of the Product/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, price) are available on the Platform and can be examined in detail through the Platform.
6.2. All amounts to be paid in return for the Product/Service (sales price including all taxes, cargo fee, installment difference amount) are shown in the table below.

*Exceptions in the Contract and relevant legislation provisions are reserved.
**The specified time is valid from the order date and is not a delivery commitment; it refers to the time for delivery to the cargo company by the seller.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Seller accepts, declares, and undertakes to deliver the Product/Service completely, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, and with warranty documents, user manuals, if any, and other information and documents that must be delivered together with the Product/Service in accordance with the legislation.
7.2. The Product is delivered to the Buyer or a third party determined by the Buyer, within the promised delivery time and in any case not exceeding the legal period of 30 (thirty) days, to the delivery address specified by the Buyer on the Platform.
7.3. If the Buyer does not receive the Product/Service for any reason, it will be considered that the Buyer has returned the Product/Service, and in this case, all payments collected from the Buyer, including delivery costs, if any, will be refunded to the Buyer within the legal period.
7.4. Delivery costs of the Product/Service belong to the Buyer unless there is a provision to the contrary. If the Seller has declared on the Platform that the delivery fee will be covered by them, the delivery costs will belong to the Seller.
7.5. The Buyer will inspect the Product before receiving it; they will not receive damaged, defective, or incomplete Product/Service with dents, breakages, torn packaging, etc. The received Product/Service will be considered undamaged and sound.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
8.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer receives the Product.
8.3. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer sends the Product back to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
8.4. The Product to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be returned completely and undamaged, including its box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, and other Products gifted together with the Product, if any.
9. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
- Contracts for goods or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the Seller's control,
- Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs,
- Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods with an expiration date,
- Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene,
- Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the Buyer.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the implementation of the Contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer purchased the Product/Service and where their residence is located, in accordance with the values announced by the Ministry, are authorized.
11. EFFECTIVENESS
This Contract has been read by the Parties, concluded by the Buyer's electronic approval on the transaction date, and has entered into force. A copy of the Contract is available in the Buyer's membership account and can also be sent by e-mail upon request.
